dc.description.abstract Pathology laboratories in the special stains and Immunohistochemistry reactions are made with the use of complete histological tissue. However, in some individual cases, and to the use of series, it is advantageous to use methods which can process a large number of reactions. The first step in the construction of a tissue matrix is to select areas of interest at successive paraffin blocks. Marked areas tissue cores are obtained, which are inserted in a matrix orderly in an empty block of paraffin, as is evident to the insertion step consists in making a hole in the recipient block, which will house the cylinder from the donor block. Although microarrays have become an essential tool, both the choice of material and the interpretation speak more such constraints. The present study aims to present an alternative to students and professionals in health sciences who are interested in histological studies, in order to create a block of multiple tissues through microarray technology in order to improve educational quality, informative and to the field of research that is being performed . As a result of this research work the microarray technique is an effective contribution in histochemistry creating a control block that will be a histological confirmation before other conventional methods sheets. es_ES
